Conference Highlights

The venue for this year’s conference will be Calloway Resort & Gardens located in Pine Mountain, Georgia . The exhibit area will be situated near the session areas.

Our aim was to create a program that would draw practitioners from all corners of the Southeastern region. While
maintaining a robust focus on Bovine medicine within our main track, we’ve broadened our horizons to offer multiple
specialized tracks, including but not limited to Practice Management, Honeybees, Small Ruminants, Backyard
Poultry, and more.

Friday - Night Meet and Greet - 5:15pm - 6:30pm
We invite you to an enjoyable evening of food, networking, and corn hole tournament on Friday night. This event will provide exhibitors with the opportunity to network with attendees in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Heavy Hors d’oeuvres and cash bar will be available. Additionally, CVM students are encouraged to attend, offering them a valuable chance to connect with seasoned veterinarians in the field of Food and Farm Animal Veterinary Medicine. Sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested in supporting and participating in this fun networking experience.

Saturday - Birds of Prey Show & Reception - 6:00pm - 7:30pm 
Join us at the Discovery Center located on the resort property for the Birds of Prey Show and Reception. Several birds appear at each program, swooping overhead and giving guests an up-close look “on the glove,” while our raptor experts explain how man’s actions affect their well-being. This will be a great opportunity to network with our attendees in a wonderful setting!
