Conference Highlights
The venue for this year’s conference will be the Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa at Grand National. An exciting change for this year’s event is the location of the exhibit hall, which will be situated within one of the ballroom areas, conveniently sharing the same space as the attendees’ meal service.
We've created a program to draw practitioners from all corners of the Southeastern region. We'll offer topics on Bovine medicine, Practice Management, Honeybees, USDA Modules, Small Ruminants, Backyard Poultry, and a dedicated commercial poultry track providing a comprehensive experience for attendees.
On Friday night, we're extending a warm welcome to DVM students as well as all of our conference attendees for a Meet and Greet with exhibitors. The evening promises a delightful combination of food, fellowship, and roundtable discussions!

Exhibitor Booth Includes:
Booths are table-top only and include a six foot table and two chairs, plus one set of meal vouchers (excluding Saturday Night Dinner) for one representative. If an additional meal voucher is needed, it can be purchased at the additional cost of $175.00. The meal voucher includes all breaks, meet and greet, breakfast for two days, and lunch for two days. Saturday dinner meal vouchers can be purchased for $75.00. A double booth includes two tables, 4 chairs and two meal vouchers.
